Ordering and order processing
Orders are exclusively accepted via our online shop.
The minimum order value is EUR 25.
For orders within Germany, we will email you a proforma invoice upon completion of the order process. On receipt of your payment, the goods will be sent to you.
For orders outside of Germany, we will email you an order confirmation upon completion of the order process. After calculating the individual postage and packaging costs, you will receive the proforma invoice of the order value plus p+p. Once you have transferred the corresponding amount to us, the goods will be sent to you.
Postage and packaging
Dispatch within Germany (incl. postage and packging):
Order value up to EUR 50: Postage and packaging EUR 5.40
Order value over EUR 50 up to EUR 100: Postage and packaging EUR 7.50
Order value over EUR 100: Free home delivery
Dispatch outside of Germany:
The postage and packaging outside of Germany will be individually calculated based on the order value and the destination country. The corresponding amount will be listed on your invoice.
Delivery
On receipt of your payment, we will send you the goods within three working days. The order will be sent by post.
Data protection
The data required for business transactions will be stored. All personal data will be treated with confidentiality.
